- In una tazza versate l' acqua con la curcuma ed una spolverata di pepe nero, quindi formate una pasta di curcuma.
- Scaldate una tazza di latte di riso ed unite 2 cucchiaini di pasta di curcuma.
- Aggiungete un cucchiaino di miele, uno di olio extravergine di oliva...ecco pronto il nostro Golden milk.
- In una ciotola versate la farina setacciata e versate pian piano il Golden milk, fino a che il composto non risulti liscio e cremoso.
- Unite 3 cucchiaini di miele e amalgamate. Fate riposare l' impasto in frigo per 15 minuti circa. Poi versatelo in una sac a poche.
- Scaldate l' olio di semi e con l' aiuto della sac a poche formate una spirale. Girate velocemente, da entrambi i lati e mettete a scolare, su di un piatto ricoperto di carta assorbente..
- Finite tutto l' impasto ed impiattate. Servite accompagnando con frutta secca o frutta disidratata..
